Jan Parkkonen is currently working with Exit Upstate Realty in the Greer office.. I serve the Upstate as a full time Realtor in both Spartanburg and Greenville County. I currently represent several local builders and have new homes in Inman, Wellford, Lyman, and Campobello. I also am actively involved in land acquisition for both clients and builders.
Working in our family owned new home construction business since 1978, I have acquired substantial insight into the construction, developing and sales aspects of home building. From that it was a natural to expand into the real estate industry as a sales associate and then on to becoming a Realtor. I am a member of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors and I am also a member of the South Carolina Association of Realtors as well as The National Association of Realtors.
I am licensed in South Carolina and serve the Upstate as a full time Realtor in both Spartanburg and Greenville County. I am currently working on a Green Designation from the National Association of Realtors.
